Sketches After midnight

How far would you go to protect a girl who has no idea you've been sketching her face in the dark for three years? Adrija Sen is a chaotic, tech-clueless creative copywriter who doesn't understand a single line of business or code. Abeer Roy is her clinical, stone-cold Managing Director who runs his Kolkata corporate empire with ruthless logic. They exist in completely separate galaxies until one rainy night, when a vulnerable, wrong-number midnight text meant to bury Adrija's past accidentally crashes directly into Abeer's private inbox. By Day 3, a tense office elevator malfunction forces a confrontation: Abeer instantly cracks her identity, but chooses a dangerous silence, playing a quiet cabin game from behind his desk. But the digital sanctuary they build is rigged with a devastating family bug—the toxic, vanished ex-boyfriend who broke Adrija’s past is actually Abeer's someone close. When the truth violently explodes in the Kolkata rain, the corporate grids give way to blood and sacrifice. From the haunting white salt plains of Gujarat's Rann Utsav to a bold, public boardroom claim that silences corporate gossip, they must fight through deep-seated betrayal, a fiercely protective pilot cousin, and traditional family shadows to rewrite their broken drafts. Bound by scars, this is the ultimate, high-stakes slow burn of Abeer Roy and Adrija Sen. A West Bengal romance adaptation inspired by the iconic Dhruv and Dhiya universe by @midnight.textzz.
